Customer has about 250 agents.... Is 150 a hard limit or more powerful hardware might work? Will the limit be increased in future versions?

Yeah, I read that in the SRND. Anybody know if it's going up in 11.0? Is it a hard limit or might I throw more powerful hardware at it?
Lot of money on the table.

No idea even i couldn't find Pre-Release Field Communication document for 11.X, If its urgent requirement you can cross-verify with Cisco PDI team
