uccx outbound calls

Hello ,

We are using uccx version 11.6 and we have PRI gw for outbound calls. We are planning to use audiocodes sip gw for our calls so I have some quesitions .

if we use audiocodes sip gw for uccx outbound calls , I guess we wiil encounter a problem due to CPA .

We have already use cisco 2900 series gw for PRI and there is no issue for uccx outbound calls and CPA.

Can we use this gw with audiocodes sip gw for uccx outbound calls ? Like at below ;

CCX--2900 gw --sip--audiocodes--sip--ISP

While doing research for the same reason (looking to switch to SIP gateways/SBC), I found the following info relevant:

We did however end up going with Cisco ISR4400 series routers / Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) for our SBCs and were able to get outbound campaigns working as desired (UCCX 10.6(1) and now on 12.5(1).)
