Hello, i'm trying to setup outbound dialer in Contact Center Express 12.0.1 and one of the requirements is "The Unified CCX Database must be IN SERVICE", I just need to clarify, because my system is not linked to any external Database, so the subsystem status is "Not in service, not configured".

It is referring to the CCX internal database not an external database
You can view the status in CCX serviceability Tools/Control Center
