Hi All ,
I try to configure Outbound IVR but when i create campaign , i can`t change the time zone in start and end time , it shows me Eastern European Time

I realize this is probably a bit late... but the system time comes from when the software installation was done.
You can verify this under menu: System --> System Parameters
Outbound campaigns inherit the system time zone:
