I have 5 agents working at a remote site that done have laptops only mobile phones.

I want to make them agents of the system is there anyway to support this? i.e is there a phone browswer version of CAD and can the line it monitor not have to be connected to the system?

No, mobile phones are not yet supported to be used as agent phones. However, Cisco 7920 wireless phone is supported for agents. 7920 is like a mobile phone but it needs wireless infra to work ( cant substitute the GSM/CDMA mobiles ).

There is a third party product that claims to allow agents to use PSTN phones.

Interesting James, have you used them in production environment ? Were they confirmed as supported by Cisco ?

I dont see any evidences in internal documents here.
