UCCX Pre-defined responses

Hi,  I am setting up some pre-defined responses for UCCX email and chat and was wondering if the responses can use some variables like agent name etc in the response so the system automatically inserts the agents name.   This would allow a common pre-defined response to be used for all agents without them having to edit it before sending back to the customer.

I know this is achievable in UCCE EIM-WIM, but not sure about UCCX.

Darren, unfortunately there is no such thing on UCCX for pre defined responses that will automatically add the agents name etc for chat and email. They will need to edit this manually before replying to the customer.

Thanks Deepak, I thought as much, I will contact the product manager and see it I can add it as a feature.
