I have faced a problem with UCCX cluster. This is UCCX 9.0.2 with HA.
I hit the the bug CSCun54915 on UCCX_Pub and I had to restore it using DRS Admin Guide - Restore publisher node in HA setup (with rebuild)
- After that all services of UCCX_Sub are currently in IN SERVICE state (and they were so before).
- #utils dbreplication runtimestate shows (2) on UCCX_Pub
- However, UCCX_Pub doesn't start all services (on a screen shot - INITIALISING turns to SHUTDOWN).
- Cisco Tomcat doesn't start as well.
I rebooted the server now, but I am sure it wouldn't be enough.
