UCCX realtime DB credentials

Hello,

I can integrate the standalone CUIC with UCCX for historical custom reporting but now stuck in how to integrate with RealTime UCCX DB.

Does anyone know what are the credentials for RealTime DB or Streaming ?

Hey Vinod

UCCX realtime is not suported in CUIC standalone. So you cannot add that.

CUIC Standalone with Premium licenceies is used to create and customization reports.
