When I check http://<UCCX IP>:9080/realtime/VoiceIAQStats one of the values returned for a CSQ is longestCurrentlyWaitingCallStartTime. Does anyone know how to decipher this value? For example, I placed a call into my call center at ~ 11:26 AM ET on 15SEP2021 the value of "longestCurrentlyWaitingCallStartTime" was 1631719560216.
According to https:///<UCCX IP>:9443/realtime/schema this has these attributes
type="timestamp"
utcvalue="true"
But I still don't understand how to interpret 1631719560216. For example I don't see a year, month or day in there.
What I'm ultimately trying to do is determine the CSQ's current wait time, I assume it can be calculated based on longestCurrentlyWaitingCallStartTime.

I believe they are in EPOCH time... meaning, every second counts from January 1, 1970.
I am not certain though, however it is EPOCH time for CDR records.
