UCCX reason codes when dialing out - not ready

Hi!

Is there a way that if you as an CAD agent set yourself "Not ready" and dial out can produce

a Reason code i.e "outgoing call" to for instance your Wallboard application?

Or do you need to do a Reason code list that prompting the CAD agent to choose the reason code ?

You would need to add that in your Reason Code list if you wanted to specify a specific code.
