Can I get a report based on type of calls "how many inbound calls come via sales, support or complains"?

Have you signed into the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center hosted on UCCX? If you go through the stock reports, you will see many CSQ reports depending upon what you are looking for. You just need to set up the queues correctly so you will be able to gather the information in the way that your company needs.
