You can run the Detailed Call by Call CCDR report to show all calls, and do this either manually or automatically for a relative period of 1 day.
What it doesn't do is filter out calls before 1200, but you can see that easily on the report or scrub it in Excel.
Failing that you can have someone write you a custom report.
