Running 10.6
Is there a way to run a resource report that will show all agent information without individually doing it?
Other than real time reporting
As I want to pull reports on weekly or daily if new resources have been added.
For instance will show Team, Resource Name, Resource ID, IPCC Extension, Resource Group, Competence Level., Skills, CSQs

There is no such report that can give you all this in one shot. However, there is a CLI command that can help here. Please refer to below post:

Thank you sir, this helped me out to perform the request needed. Essentially this means I would have to run this report vs the supervisor of the teams.

Correct James, whenever you need all the details about resources, simply run this command and it will give you all the maximum details about the resources that exist in your call center rather than doing it pet supervisor basis.
