UCCX sandbox CTI Server connection reset

I noticed this issue around Mar 7, 2024 1:10 AM EST, suddenly my client connection did not work. I tried two UCCX sandbox environments it behaved the same. I checked my OPEN_REQ has the same parameter. I am wondering whether there are any system maintenance or other things that interrupt this.

Appreciate any insights about this issue.
