UCCX - Script Modification Assistance

Hi,

We want to add some additional options below to our existing script any examples or procedures would be greatly appreciated. I don't know how complicated adding these options will be?

Option 1 - When a caller presses 2 they are redirected to our help desk

Option 2 - If a caller doesn't press any options they are redirected to voicemail

All of what you asked about is absolutely possible and quite easy to implement. What have you tried so far? There are plenty of good reference material available with examples, both on the community, on external sites and on cisco.com, recommend you to do some research on this as you’ll learning new valuable skills. You’d have to do some leg work on this and then if you run into problems you can ask the community for help. The intent of the community is not to do the work for you without any effort from your end.
