UCCX script to record and combine multiple prompts

I'm looking for a UCCX script that will record and combine several different prompts into 1 wav file.  The wav file will then be emailed.  It would be an automated voice verification system that the customer uses to acknowledge the completion of the financial transaction.

Use case:  The inbound caller will be prompted to say and record several different prompts:

Prompt 1. What is your full name: (record response) 

Prompt 2. What is your mailing address: (record response) 

Prompt 3. Did you receive your equipment: (record response)

Hi,

You can use the recording step in the script to save the responses to those questions in the documents doc1, doc 2 and doc 3 for example and then use the container prompt to concatenate them.
