UCCX Script update issue

Dear All,

 

Trying to download the UCCX Script to update, but getting the attached error, tried doing it in a different browser but still same

 

Please advise a solution.

There is no error visible. Looks like you have restrictions on your PC

There is no error msgs and not a permission issue, the moment i click on Application, the page is not opening properly as showed in my last msg

If you believe, that this is not your PC, investigate this issue with Cisco TAC help

Trying doing 'run as administrator' when you launch the script editor.

the issue is not with the editor, this error comes when i try to download the Script from UCCX Server. Please advise some solution

I opened the TAC, there ks the bug mentioning that we need a reboot every 75 days:

Is the error from the browser or the editor? That isn't clear from your question. If you launch the editor, are you able to log in? If so, try opening the script from the script repository.
