There are some training classed offered by Cisco training partners if you have the funds. There are also many good documents on Cisco website and many great videos on youtube.
Start out by running through installation and integration with CUCM. Then move into basic system configuration, such as the telephony integration, ACD configuration (agents, skills, CSQs) and then move into scripting where you can reference great Cisco programming guides.
