Hi all!
I have an issue related to Silent Monitoring in Cisco Supervisor Desktop application. When supervisor starts monitoring agent's call using CSD application, he hears that conversation but every time after 10 seconds of the beginning of monitoring. The first 10 seconds he only gets a silent. If anyone can please give me some advise how to solve this problem, I would appreciate it. We are using UCCX version 8.5.(1)SU4.

I hope its problem with media streaming, Can you enable wireshark on supervisor Desktop and analyeze the same, Also check the NIC compatibility Matrix

I don't think it's a media streaming problen cause there is monitored audio eventually. Can it be some CSD application bug cause when supervisor press START MONITORING button CSD goes to Not Responding state.
