I changed the system parameter called "Change Agent State to Not Ready when Agent Busy on Non ACD Line" Yesterday and did not do an engine reset and it seemed to be working ok. When I was done testing I turned it off and all was good.
Today it was decided that we need to turn it on, which I did and now it doesn't seem to be working at all. The finesse state stays the same when making an outbound or inbound call on Non ACD line. My extensions are all set correctly in CUCM (Primary and IPCC)
Do I need to do an engine reset for it to take effect? Something else I'm missing?
