UCCX Team Summary Gadget Short Term

Hi All,

For UCCX on Finesse Gadgets under 'Team Summery Report', you get 2 fields Short Term, and Long Term.

That gadget comes from the live data reports.

As per the documentation the short term can be set to 5, 10 or 15 min. and the administration can do that. but they are not saying where that to be configured.

Is that something which requires standalone CUIC? And also how to do that on the built-in CUIC? it is not clear.

I can't remember off the top of my head where it is, but it's in UCCX. I have an old shot of what it looks like.
