Current version of CCX that you are running is a development release "11.0.1.99000-102"
CCX 11.0.1 base release is 11.0.1.10000-75
CCX 11.0.1 SU1 release is 11.0.1.11001-43
You might not be able to upgrade to 11.6 when upgrading from a dev release.
Can you please try to first upgrade to 11.0.1 base release (as per my understanding the dev release you are using was before 11.0.1 base came out) and then try to upgrade to 11.6
Regards,
Chakshu

Can you try rebooting the cluster and then try to perform the upgrade?
