UCCX UPGRADE

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know can someone tell me if I'm ordering the correct software for my upgrade. We are currently in the process of upgrading our CUCM to 9.1(1a) and we have to be at version 8.5.1 SU3 inorder to keep it running when we move to 9. We have 2 UCCX servers and I want to make see if this is what I need, I'm looking at ordering CCX-UPG-P-85-85K9= CCX PRE 8.5 to 8.5 PRE ESW Maintenance Upgrade.Is this the correct version that I need or should I be looking at something else.

Are you looking to sell new version or simply upgrade exiting system? If the second and you are already on 8.5 something then you do not need to order anything, simply download the upgrade release from Cisco as there is no new license with this upgrade hence no need for going through PUT. Only major upgrades require upgrade order.
