UCCX Upgrade

Hi All,

The current UCCX version is 11.6.1.10000-51 .I want to do a direct upgrade to 12.5.1 .Please let me know which version I can do a direct upgrade since there is a 12.5.1 base version and SU1 and SU2 to download.

Its quite urgent .

Please look at this link where you can find the requierements for the upgrade, but basically what you´re asking this is the answer:

You can upgrade to Unified CCX version 12.5(1) SU2 only from Unified CCX versions 11.6(2), 12.0, 12.5(1), and 12.5(1) SU1. If you are using any prior release of Unified CCX, you have to upgrade to 11.6(2) or 12.0 and then upgrade to 12.5(1) SU2

We have UCCX 11.6(SU1) .However in the compatibility matrix for 12.5 SU2 it doesnt support the 11.6SU1 .

Please suggest a version that we can upgrade from 11.6.1.10000-51 to 12.5.

In that case then you need to upgrade first to 11.6(2) and then upgrade to 12.5(1) SU2, as it says in this link:

I got the solution .I can upgrade to 12.5.1 SU1 from 11.6 SU1 directly .No need to upgrade to 11.6 SU 2 .

The keymanagement must be installed before the upgrade.
