UCCX v11.6 its compatible with ESXI v7??

Hi community!!

Do you know if UCCX version 11.6 its compatible with ESXI version 7??

I have a telephony cluster with 2 CUCM v11.5 and v14 and 2 UCCX v11.6 and v12.5, I need upgrade my servers to ESXI v7 but Im not sure how can I do the upgrade if UCCX v11.6 is not compatible with ESXI 7

Any recommendation please?

I think you could make an argument that is it supported as it's listed here https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/virtualization/virtualization-cisco-unified-contact-center-express.html#11.6. It says that new install should use the 12.6 OVA, but it doesn't say anything about existing installs not supported. Obviously, TAC might disagree or the BU, if you want to be 100% safe I would ask Cisco for what is supported as you're in a bit of grey area. They will more than likely also tell you to upgrade you CCX to 12.x
