UCCX VM to Physical Server Migration

Hi,

I am using UCCX 8.5. It is currently running on a Linux Virtual Machine. I need to migrate my UCCX system from this Virtual Machine to a Physical Server.

Whether it is possible to migrate from VM to Physical Machine. if yes, please help me with the procedures. Also does Cisco support this type of migration. Please advice

To do this you would have to backup the virtual UCCX server using the Disaster Recovery System to an SFTP server then do a new install of UCCX on the physical server using exactly the same parameters as when you built the virtual machine and finally do a DRS restore to the physical server.
