UCCX Wallboard ... how to get certain data

I have developed a wallboard for our Cisco CCX 8.5 server.  I need to know if it is possible to obtain the following information:

1.  Total Not Ready time (total time the agent is unavailable to take calls) for the day.

2.  Total number of calls handled by an agent for the day.
