UCCX with Finesse

Hi , hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a customer running UUCX version 8.5 with CAD - on the CAD they have a some buttons to do functions like set enterprise data and transfer to another CSQ. I plan to upgrade them to version 11.5 but can not easily find how to set this on the Finesse desktop. (this is my first Finesse deployment).  If anyone could have some pointers that would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Finesse does not provide Task Buttons as you have in CAD out of the box

In order to achieve this, you will need to create your own Custom Gadgets and that way you should be able to do that. There is a company called 2Ring which can help you with these gadgets:
