I have script with toll free number(sip) the caller sometimes hear all audio prompts in menu, and sometime hear some audio prompts which not stable, but when I dial internally the trigger it is stable and I can hear all audio prompts in menu, What could be the issue, how troubleshoot, please your support

Hi, you'll probably need to provide more details, like which version are you on, how are you connected to the PSTN, etc.
Also, when it doesn't work, what happens, just silence? If so, if you stay on the line and eventually speak to an agent, can they hear each other? Basically, is it "only" the menus that don't work when it is a bad call?

cucm---cube---sip, the issue happen on menu only sometime caller hear all menu prompts some time hear some of menu prompts, it is skip the prompt like if have 3 questions prompts , it hear 2 questions , and some time hear 3 questions prompt like this
