UCCX - XMPP service Need information

Just need one information,

While consuming XMPP service the UCCX agent's username case is important ?

I mean username - "test" and "Test" will be treated equally or it is case sensitive ?

Good question.

The XMPP service is Openfire and per Openfire support forum: https://discourse.igniterealtime.org/t/the-case-of-username/53172, it says that the username are not case sensitive.
