UCCX8.0 and WebChat configuration

I have a customer with an existing UCCX 8.0 implenentation that is up and working well.

They are now looking on adding a Web Chat queue to their configuration and would like some suggestions for the Web frontend tools to make this work.

Are there some good tools to help them start the web chat process that then can easily be conected to the UCCX queues?

UCCX does not have a universal queue concept as UCCE does. There is no integrated chat solution in the 8.x product since WIM was announced EoL. The recommendation thus far has been to sell WebEx WebACD instead.
