Hi, How can we get session ucid- which is unique to each call?...call data has ani, dnis,uui etc but don't find anything which will be unique to each call......

if you mean the global unique identifier (GUID, 32 digit hexidecimal

identifier) then it's available as a Session Data variable named  callid.

It shows in the Activity Log**at the beginning of each caller's visit to

the app: start,parameter,callid,ABCD1234

In Studio:

• click {}

• select the SessionData tab

• type in callid

• press AddTag
