Hi everybody!
I've got some problems on a UCCX cluster v7.0.1SR5.
When I tried to activate the secondary Unified CCX Engine, the system create JTAPI_User_2 but is not able tu create CTI ports.
I checked licenses, all is right. In the component activation part Cisco Unified CCX Engine is unchecked but licensed true.
The error is "Failed to create CTI port" when I update this component.
Does someone have any ideas?
Thanks
Adrien

Hi Adrien,
Check in route plan report that there are no existing DNs on the range that the CTI ports will use.

Hi Pablo,
Thanks a lot for your help! Actually CRS engine is able to delete and recreate the JTAPI user but not directory numbers.
I've got some unassigned DN on my CTI port's range that make my engine unavaible.
You just have to delete those and te activation will be OK
Thanks again!
