Dear All,
I have created the user with Supervisor priviliges in QM, I can see the test agent taking calls, when I click on the Live Monitoring tab the gives an message which is attached.
After getting the attached error, the agents call goes on Hold.
I have tried almost all the things that cisco mentioned on thier document . but failed
I need help for this . thanks

1. Do you have the built in bridge enabled on the agent phones?
2. Have you correctly set the monitoring call search space for the supervisor?

Yes Built-in-bridge is on and recording profile is also associated
2. Have you correctly set the monitoring call search space for the supervisor?
Actually all phones are in default partitions(none partition) so no CSS is assigned to supervisor.
is it mandatory to assign CSS to supervisor,??? if yes then how it will be.. agents partitions in supervisor monitoring cssq??? please explain it briefly
