Unable to CLI UCCX 10.5 Subscriber

 We are having issues with our UCCX 10.5 Subscriber. We have two UCS Servers for CUCM and UCCX 10.5 Pub and Sub. The UCCX 10.5 Sub became in hang state and the Pub server cant reach it however it is pingable through the network. When I try to do an ssh session this is being displayed on the CLI. Please help as were using it and were having issues

hi there

I think your best bet will be either open a case with Tac or if you got a successful backup, just go ahead and do a force restart of the UCCX SUB

Hi Ratheesh. I have tried to restart the UCCX sub and it is the same. TAC wont support me because they say that it is now out of support.
