Unable to create sub folders within the stock folder in CUIC

Hi All,

I am having this issue where I am unable to create/move any new folders under 'Reports > Stock'. But there are custom folders already created.

I can only create a new folder under 'Reports' directory, I have given the administrators group 'Exec' and 'Write' access to all folders/reports but I still can't create a new folder.

I am on CCX Version 11.6(2)

Any thoughts why?

As per CUIC guide, sub folders can not be created under Stock Reports folder.  Have a look at Folder section under Stock Reports in below link:
