Unable to find RMCM configuration in CRS 4.0.2

i am unable to finf RMCM configuration in CRS 4.0.2. any body knows about it is it not in this 4.0.2 release or is it available i am in this release i have any issue inthis media or installation.

Usman,

If you have express (sounds you do) then you should have RMCM configuration.  Please look under subsystems and it should be 2nd from top.
