Unable to get Conference call events on Agent B side using Queue DN

I am using Cisco Finesse UCCE 12.0 and I am unable to get conference call event on Agent B side at Finesse using Queue DN.
Even on Finesse at Agent B side, Finesse doesn't show any notification (like more participants etc.), for the Conference call.
We need to get some notification / event on Agent B when there is a Conference call ,
as we have some customized logic based on the Conference call.
How I can get events at Agent B side. Kindly suggest me a solution if anyone knows.

Hi,

 

Per your teammate, CVP is involved in this environment. This is an issue with how CVP is using the callIds and I have debugged this issue before. If I remember correctly, this is a bug and has been fixed in a later release. Unfortunately I cannot find the bug id at the moment.
