unable to login uccx server administration page after fresh installation

                   just installed uccx 8.x server and i am able to login cli mode but failed to appication login(web login) .

Hi,

The user ID login for the CLI is the administrator ID which is used for CLI login and Disaster Recovery System Login.

To login to the UCCX application, you would need to use the application user credentials to login.

I am using the application username and password only but still I am not able to login.is any way to reset the application password from cli.
