Unable to run Supervisor Capabilities in UCCX

Hello We are Unable to run Supervisor Capabilities in UCCX .

We get the error message "An internal error has occured . unable to fetch the list of supervisors. Check the connectivity to the Unified CCX Database"

Can someone advise me where I I should be looking to fix this please?

I assume that it is the Finesse ASC gadget you refering to (If not - sorry then i misunderstand the question)

Are you running in HA?

- Check the DB replication

- Check the datastores

If you look in the develop log in you browser, are you then getting any error when trying to load the gadget ?

We tried rebooting both servers & have run healthchecks which came back ok, however there looks to be an issue with CCX-repository Datastore . see included screenshot

What is you output of 

utils uccx dbreplication status

Thanks for your help, but in the end we raised a TAC as were are unable to fix the ccx-repository Datastore replication
