Unable to select phone book in Finesse

When I am logged into Finesse I am unable to select the Phone Book tab in order to select extensions (see attached). I am currently designated as a supervisor and should have the ability to initiate calls from here. I am unable to locate any documentation that indicates why I would be unable to use the PB. Thoughts?

Please make sure, that you have any Phone Book assigned to the agent.
You can assign phone book per team or globally to all users.

You can assign phone books in CFADMIN

It should work that way
