Hi,
When I access to some of the content, I am getting the below warning. Anyone knows the reason for this and workaround.
We are Cisco Gold Partner. To whom should I escalate this matter?

I believe if you go to the main Cisco.com web page and make sure that your CCO login is associated to your partner company (there's a couple sections for it) then you will be able to access the areas you want. Go to the main page and top right corner click on the Account link.

Bill is correct: your login is not associated to a Partner organization so you cannot access partner/employee-only content. The giveaway is the "/partner" portion of the URL in this case.

Actually my CCO login is associated with partner company.

If you log in to the Cisco website, go to Account, and then Partner Profile Manager
you will see there is Contact and FAQ information that you might want to reach out to them, perhaps your account is fine but your Partner account information/registration has some type of issue.
