Hi, i am unable to login to finesse. it says "The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid ". PIM log says ,"Error=INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER ". phone model is 7841, ucce 10.5. i have seen other discussion in this regard and have tried those fixes but still not working. (no shared lines, re-assigned pg user, correct busy trigger and max number calls etc).
any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Is the extension of the phone covered by your agent targeting rule?
How many DNs are defined on the phone and which one is the ACD line on?
