under the System > Cisco Unified CM Configuration you can adjust the AXL configuration, including AXL username and password. See the doc for detailed instructions:

Yes there is but every time I changed it and logout then login gave me AXL authentication error. I have to go to return to old CUCM App user to be able to login with UCCX!
Why UCCX can not save the new AXL password?
Thanks

The trick is that you change the AXL password on UCCX before the page times out. Hence, what I will recommend is that open the Cisco Unified CM Configuration tab on UCCX and side by side in other tab open the CM and update the password for Application User and immediately update it on UCCX. Once you will do that, you should get a pop up window asking if you want to update the change and this is what you need to do Yes and it should work then.
In case, you are not getting the pop up window then navigate to some other tab such as Application and then come back to Cisco Unified CM Configuration tab. At this point, UCCX should realize that the password for AXL user had changed and should give the pop up window. If all of this does not work, then contact TAC and they should be able change it from root of your UCCX system. In case you are running CCX 8.5(1) SU4, then you can try logging in using Application User and then update the AXL password.
