Hi,
We've changed an AgentID of one agent. CTIOS Agent Desktop's agentID has been updated but on CTIOS Supervisor Desktop, agentID of that agent is still showing the old agentID.
Anyone knows how to refresh the agentID on the CTIOS Supervisor Desktop?
Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rona,
It is not advised to change the AgentID for the currently configured agent. That is the unique ID for that Agent object.
When you change the ID, the Agent Team list doesnt take effect. If you directly go and remove the agent membership and add it again. You will be seeing both the ID's (Old ID and New ID) in CTIOS Supervisor Desktop.
The best way to handle this is, Revert back the AgentID for the Agent. Delete the Agent and Create the Same agent with the New ID and map to the agent Team.
You have to revert back the AgentID for that agent.

Hi,
if you can afford that, you can also restart both sides of CTI Server and CTI OS. They will reread the persisted values.

Thanks for your response. I've actually tried this at our lab and it did the trick. However, since we only need to update one agent, I'm not sure if our client will allow this as there thousands of users will be affected during the restart.
