Upgrade from thick client to finesse

Hello,

I have a client that is upgrading to CCX 11.5 and thus moving from the thick supervisor desktop to the finesse client.  As I understand it, and from a bit of poking around, the finesse client does NOT have the same live reports available out of the box that the supervisor desktop has, for example:

Agent vs. Team Summary

Agent Logs - State

Agent Logs - Call

How are others handling these reports in finesse?

Hi Greg,

Correct. It does not have the same live reports as the thick client desktop. This is a gap that will hopefully be resolved soon.

I am struggling to find the thread where this was discussed. I will post it if I manage to find it.
