Upgrading UCCX 11.5 to 11.6 - defect/bug fixes

will upgrading to UCCX 11.6 resolve any issues seen in v11.5(1)? i've looked in the release notes for 11.6 but don't see anything regarding bug/defects.

There are always some bug fixes in major release as well as minor releases.  You can search for all resolved bugs here:

use "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 11.6(1)" as the series/model and "Fixed in these releases" release option.
