Upload new Prompt in UCCX 10.x then what

I need to replace existing prompt in a script so I going to name the new Prompt with same name as the existing one. I then upload it-what else do I need to do

 

Refresh Prompt in Prompt management?

Reload script ?

Reload application ?

That's it actually. Just uploading the new prompt, overwriting the old one, will take effect immediately.
