Uploading voice prompt to IPIVR 4.0 through IVR application

We tried to write an IVR application to record and replace an existing voice prompt by copying to the voice prompt folder. It worked until we rebooted the server as we have not updated the repository datastore, and the system has fallback with the previous voice prompt. Anyone has an idea how to achieve that?

Let me reclaim my question here. In order to perform prompt file uploading and the repository updating at the same time. I found an icon called "upload prompt" which sounds great to serve my purpose. However, some of its attributes are quite confusing. So, could anyone make any suggestion to this?
