User cannot accept emails or chat

In webex contact center, one of my users is unable to accept emails or chats. When she attempts it, the accept button just spins and eventually times out and she's put into RONA. The browser console shows an error (attached) with a reason of 'Participant threshold reached'. A few weeks ago we re-created her profile (removed license, added license, re set up), and it worked up until this morning. 

Her multimedia profile is set to Exclusive, and she has no other interactions live at the time this happens. Other users have the same set up and do not have this problem. We have tried other browsers and other PCs. Has anyone else come across this? Any ideas of what to try?
